MINUTE ORDER as to MALONE LAM (1), KUNAL MEHTA (6), ETHAN YARALLY (7), and EVAN TANGEMAN (10): The Court held a status hearing in this matter on October 16, 2025. Defendants Lam and Mehta were present in person. Defendants Yarally and Tangeman were present via Zoom with their consent. Counsel for all defendants were present in person.The Court began by discussing discovery with the parties. Counsel for Lam and Tangeman informed the Court that they had recently received discovery material from the Coordinating Discovery Attorney and planned to review the material in the coming days. Counsel for Mehta and Yarally informed the Court that they have access to discovery material but have not yet used the coordinating discovery attorney. The Court then asked the parties about the status of plea negotiations. The Government informed the Court that there are currently no wired pleas. The Government added that it recently provided plea paperwork to Mehta and Tangeman.
